Double sided velvet winter quilt with mink and crystal textures in six colours

This winter quilt combines practical warmth with textile variety through its double sided velvet construction. One side features mink velvet while the opposite side presents crystal velvet, offering two distinct tactile experiences within a single bedcover. The whole piece feather silk cotton filling (100% polyester fibre) provides consistent insulation without cold spots, making it suitable for use during colder seasons. Available in multiple sizes from children's bedding through to large adult dimensions, this quilt adapts to different bed frames and room settings.

Features and Construction

The quilt's design focuses on both aesthetic variety and practical warmth through its layered construction. Two different velvet types create visual and tactile interest while the whole piece filling ensures even heat distribution. The product is available in multiple weight options for certain sizes, allowing selection based on warmth preference.

Material and Build

The quilt features mink velvet on one side and crystal velvet on the other, providing two distinct surface textures within a single bedding item. This dual-texture approach allows users to choose their preferred feel or alternate between sides. The whole piece feather silk cotton filling is composed of 100% polyester fibre, creating a uniform insulating layer that covers the entire quilt area without gaps or thin spots.

Size and Practical Fit

Available in five main size configurations: 100x150cm for children's beds, 150x200cm and 180x200cm for single or small double beds, 180x220cm for standard double beds, and 200x230cm for large double or king size beds. Weight varies by size, with the 100x150cm version weighing approximately 1.25kg while the largest 200x230cm size comes in both approximately 4kg and 5kg options for different warmth preferences.

Uses and Placement

Designed primarily as a winter bedding solution, this quilt provides insulation during colder months across various room settings. The size range makes it suitable for children's bedrooms, guest rooms, main bedrooms, and larger master suites. The dual texture design offers flexibility in aesthetic presentation depending on which velvet side faces upward.

Event or Professional Use

While primarily designed for domestic use, the consistent sizing and colour options make this quilt suitable for accommodation providers needing uniform bedding across multiple rooms. The six colour choices allow coordination with different room décors, while the durable velvet surfaces maintain their appearance with regular use.

Everyday Home Use

As a practical winter bedding solution, this quilt provides warmth without specialised care requirements. The whole piece filling prevents shifting or clumping that can occur with patchwork construction. Available sizes correspond to standard bed dimensions, ensuring proper coverage without excessive overhang or insufficient reach.

Benefits and Buying Value

The quilt offers value through its dual texture design, providing essentially two different bedding looks in one product. Multiple size and weight options accommodate different bed frames and personal warmth preferences. The six colour selections allow coordination with existing bedroom décors without requiring complete bedding set replacement.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The whole piece filling construction maintains its shape and insulation properties through multiple seasons of use. Both velvet types are designed for regular bedding application without specialised cleaning requirements beyond standard care for polyester-filled products. The uniform filling prevents the uneven wear that can occur with segmented construction.

Why Choose This Product

This quilt provides a practical warmth solution with the added benefit of two different velvet textures in a single product. The size range accommodates everything from children's beds to large adult frames, while weight options for certain sizes allow customisation of warmth level. The six colour choices offer décor coordination without limiting options to basic neutrals.
