Storage floor electric fan with humidifier: rechargeable telescopic fan for desktop and floor use

This versatile electric fan serves dual purposes by combining airflow circulation with air humidification, addressing both cooling and moisture control needs in one compact unit. Its innovative telescopic folding design allows it to function effectively in two configurations: as a space-saving desktop fan measuring 252mm by 84mm, or as a full-height floor-standing unit extending to 935mm tall. The wireless, rechargeable operation powered by a 3.7VDC battery system eliminates dependence on wall outlets, providing true placement flexibility around the home or office. Available in both green and white colour options, this fan features a straightforward ABS plastic construction that offers durability while keeping the unit lightweight for easy repositioning.

Features and Construction

The fan's design focuses on practical functionality with several user-oriented features that enhance its everyday utility. From the five-speed adjustment system to the magnetic remote control, each element serves a specific purpose in improving the user experience. The combination of airflow and humidification capabilities makes this unit particularly suitable for environments where dry air accompanies warm temperatures.

Material and Build

Constructed primarily from ABS plastic, this fan benefits from the material's characteristic rigidity and impact resistance while maintaining a relatively lightweight structure. ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is commonly used in consumer electronics for its balance of strength, dimensional stability, and manufacturing precision. The plastic construction contributes to the fan's telescopic folding mechanism, allowing the height adjustment between desktop and floor-standing configurations without excessive weight or complexity. The material finish provides a clean appearance in either green or white colour options, with surfaces that resist minor scratches during regular handling and storage.

Size and Practical Fit

With a consistent 252mm diameter across both configurations, this fan maintains a compact footprint suitable for various placement scenarios. In desktop mode at 84mm tall, it occupies minimal space on work surfaces, bedside tables, or kitchen counters while providing directed airflow. When extended to the full 935mm floor-standing height, it offers elevated air circulation that can cover larger areas without occupying valuable surface space. The telescopic mechanism allows smooth transition between these two modes, enabling users to adapt the fan to changing needs throughout the day or across different seasons. The 12W power consumption indicates efficient energy use for the airflow provided.

Uses and Placement

This fan's flexible design supports application in multiple environments, from personal workspaces to shared living areas. The combination of rechargeable operation and configurable height expands placement possibilities beyond traditional corded fans. Whether used for focused personal cooling or broader room air circulation, the unit adapts to user requirements through its adjustable features.

Event or Professional Use

For event settings or professional environments, the rechargeable operation proves particularly valuable where power outlets may be limited or inconveniently located. The fan can provide cooling during outdoor gatherings, trade show booths, or temporary workstations without requiring extension cords or proximity to wall sockets. The humidifier function adds value in air-conditioned conference rooms or exhibition halls where artificial cooling often dries the air. The magnetic remote control allows discreet adjustment during meetings or presentations without interrupting proceedings, while the five speed settings enable precise control over airflow intensity to match changing room conditions and occupancy levels throughout an event.

Everyday Home Use

In residential settings, this fan serves multiple roles across different rooms and times of day. The desktop configuration works well for bedside night-time use, providing gentle airflow without occupying floor space, while the floor-standing mode suits daytime use in living areas or home offices. The humidifier component proves beneficial during winter months when heating systems dry indoor air, or in naturally arid climates year-round. The rechargeable design allows easy movement between rooms without searching for available power sockets, making it simple to relocate the fan as household activities shift from kitchen to living room to bedroom. The bass air supply feature creates a gentler, less disruptive airflow suitable for sleeping areas or quiet relaxation spaces.

Benefits and Buying Value

This fan offers practical advantages through its multifunctional design and adaptable operation. Rather than excelling in any single extreme performance metric, it provides balanced functionality across several areas that matter in daily use. The combination of features addresses common limitations of traditional electric fans while maintaining straightforward operation.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The telescopic folding mechanism and wireless operation support extended product lifespan through adaptable use across changing needs and environments. Unlike fixed-height fans that may become less useful when living situations change, this unit can transition between desktop and floor-standing roles as required. The ABS plastic construction resists cosmetic wear during regular extension and retraction of the telescopic sections. With no cords to fray or wall-mounted hardware to install, the fan maintains its functionality through simple care practices. The magnetic remote control reduces physical contact with the unit itself, potentially decreasing wear on control buttons and surfaces over time.

Why Choose This Product

This fan distinguishes itself through the practical combination of airflow, humidification, and configuration flexibility in one self-contained unit. The telescopic design addresses the common dilemma between desktop fans with limited reach and floor fans that occupy permanent floor space, offering both options in a single purchase. The rechargeable operation eliminates the safety concerns and placement restrictions of trailing power cords, particularly useful in households with children or pets. The five speed settings provide sufficient control for most personal cooling needs without overwhelming complexity, while the magnetic remote control adds convenience without requiring complicated setup. For those seeking adaptable air movement with the added benefit of humidity adjustment, this unit consolidates functions that might otherwise require separate devices.
