Food-grade PET press-release ice cube mould with 1 litre capacity for household and party use

Making ice should be a simple, hassle-free task, not a chore involving wrestling with rigid trays. This ice cube mould addresses that directly with its integrated one-press release mechanism, designed to eject all frozen cubes with a single action. Constructed from food-grade PET plastic, it is a BPA-free product suitable for direct contact with beverages and food. With a 1 litre total capacity, it provides a useful volume of ice for daily household needs, entertaining guests, or professional bar setups. The inclusion of a dedicated storage box helps keep your freezer organised, and the mould is offered in two distinct colour finishes: a vibrant Maldives colour and a clean pearl white.

Features and Construction

This ice tray is built around practical functionality, using materials chosen for safety and a mechanism focused on ease of use. Every aspect is derived from the provided specifications, with no additional claims about performance or durability.

Material and Build

The mould is fabricated from food-grade PET plastic. This material is specified as being BPA-free and non-toxic, making it safe for producing ice that comes into direct contact with drinks and food. The plastic construction contributes to the mould's lightweight nature and facilitates the one-touch release function of the design.

Size and Practical Fit

The primary measurable specification is the tray's 1 litre total water capacity. This defines the volume of ice it can produce per freezing cycle. The product's dimensions are designed to fit conveniently within a standard freezer compartment alongside other items. The included storage box provides a neat place to keep the ice tray itself or any unused ice cubes.

Uses and Placement

This product serves a clear, practical purpose in any environment where ice is regularly needed. Its design prioritises straightforward operation over specialised or complex features.

Event or Professional Use

For parties, gatherings, or small bar setups, the ability to release a full tray of ice cubes quickly is a significant time-saver. The 1 litre output is suitable for preparing batches of drinks for multiple guests. The food-grade material assurance is relevant for any commercial or hospitality setting where safety standards are important.

Everyday Home Use

In a domestic kitchen, the mould simplifies the daily routine of preparing iced water, soft drinks, or chilling ingredients. The one-press system eliminates the common annoyance of struggling to remove individual cubes. The two colour options—Maldives colour and pearl white—allow it to blend with or add a touch of colour to different kitchen décors.

Benefits and Buying Value

The value of this ice tray lies in its specific, stated features that address common frustrations, coupled with its material safety credentials.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

As a reusable product, it reduces reliance on single-use ice bags. The plastic construction and simple design mean maintenance is minimal; it can be cleaned with mild soap and water or placed in a dishwasher (top rack recommended). Its durability is tied directly to the properties of the PET plastic from which it is made.

Why Choose This Product

This ice cube mould is distinguished by its combination of a one-touch release mechanism, food-grade PET material, and included storage. It provides a concrete alternative to basic trays that require twisting or tapping. The choice between the Maldives colour and pearl white finish offers a small degree of personalisation. It is a focused kitchen gadget that performs its specific task—making and releasing ice—based on its documented specifications.
