Colour Gel Pens with 2.2mm Large Inner Diameter for Smooth Writing and Drawing

These colour gel pens are defined by a key technical feature: a large 2.2mm inner diameter ink tube. This specification is central to their performance, facilitating a generous and consistent flow of gel ink onto the page. They are offered in two straightforward pack sizes—25 pieces or 50 pieces—making them a practical choice for individuals, students, office workers, and anyone needing a reliable stock of writing instruments. The gel ink formulation is suited to producing clear, bold lines, ideal for everyday writing, organisational colour-coding, sketching, and other creative tasks where a fluid writing experience is valued.

Features and Construction

The design of these pens focuses on the ink delivery system. The wider internal tube is engineered to reduce the likelihood of ink starvation or skipping, which can occur with finer tubes, especially during rapid or extended writing sessions.

Material and Build

The core component is the gel ink contained within a tube of specified diameter. Gel ink typically offers a smoother feel compared to some ballpoint inks and can provide more vibrant colour on paper. The pen's barrel and mechanism are constructed to house this large-diameter ink reservoir, though the exact plastics or metals used are not detailed in the source information.

Size and Practical Fit

The primary known dimension is the 2.2mm inner diameter of the ink tube. This measurable feature is a direct differentiator from many standard pens and is a primary factor in the user experience. The external dimensions of the pen barrel and its grip are not specified, but the product is designed for general handheld use.

Uses and Placement

With their smooth ink flow and availability in multipacks, these gel pens fit into numerous personal, academic, and professional contexts where reliable writing tools are needed in quantity.

Event or Professional Use

In office environments or at events, the 50-piece pack serves as a bulk supply for reception desks, meeting rooms, or team use. The consistent performance supports tasks like form-filling, signing documents, or creating visible charts and planners. Their functionality as colour gel pens also makes them suitable for colour-coded filing systems or presentation storyboarding.

Everyday Home Use

For home, school, or hobby use, the 25-piece pack provides a ample personal supply. They are practical for homework, journaling, crafting, and adult colouring books where a variety of colours and reliable performance enhance the activity. The large ink tube means less pressure is needed for writing, which can reduce hand fatigue during longer sessions.

Benefits and Buying Value

The value of these pens lies in the combination of a performance-oriented design specification and flexible purchasing options based on quantity needed.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

As disposable writing instruments, their maintenance is minimal. The large-diameter tube is intended to maximise ink usage before disposal, reducing the frequency of pen changes. Users benefit from a longer usable life per pen during active writing, translating to fewer interruptions and a lower cost-per-line over time compared to pens that skip or run dry prematurely.

Why Choose This Product

Choosing this product is a decision based on a specific, measurable feature—the 2.2mm inner diameter—coupled with the convenience of two pack sizes. If your priority is a smooth, uninterrupted writing experience and you need multiple pens, this option provides a clear, specification-backed solution. It avoids the uncertainty of pens with unknown or smaller ink reservoirs, offering a practical advantage for users who depend on their pens to work consistently every time.
