Car Rearview Mirror Camera with 9.88 Inch Touch Screen and 1080p Recording

This rearview mirror camera replaces your standard mirror with a 9.88 inch touch screen unit that records video at 1080p and captures still images at 12 million pixels. It includes motion detection and WiFi, and measures 34cm x 12cm x 6cm. The touch screen controls all menu functions, so there is no separate dashboard monitor. The pack contains one driving recorder, one charger, and one manual. If you want a rearview mirror that also records the road behind, this unit combines both functions in one fitting. The 1080p resolution is suitable for reviewing journeys, and the 12 million pixel still image mode gives you a higher-resolution option for snapshots. Motion detection adds automatic recording when movement is sensed, which can be useful when the car is parked. WiFi lets you move files to a phone without removing a card. No memory card is listed, so check whether one is needed before first use.

Features and Construction

The main specifications are a 9.88 inch touch screen, 1080p video, 12 million pixel stills, WiFi, and motion detection. The unit is built as a rearview mirror with a 34cm x 12cm x 6cm body. These figures are the only ones given in the source text, so no other materials, ratings, or sensor details are claimed here.

Material and Build

The source text does not name the housing material, lens material, or mounting material. It lists only the screen size, operation mode, pixel count, resolution, WiFi, motion detection, and the 34cm x 12cm x 6cm dimensions. The touch screen is the only stated control method. No waterproof rating, shock rating, or temperature range is provided, so none is claimed. The unit is described as a driving recorder in a rearview mirror format.

Size and Practical Fit

The mirror body measures 34cm x 12cm x 6cm. The screen is 9.88 inches measured diagonally. These dimensions matter when checking whether the unit will fit your existing mirror position. The 1080p resolution and 12 million pixel still image mode are the two recording specifications given. The 6cm depth is the thickest point listed, which is worth noting if you have a tight windscreen area or a fitted sun visor. No other size options are mentioned in the source text.

Uses and Placement

This unit is intended for in-car use as a rearview mirror replacement. It records at 1080p and supports motion detection, so it can be used while driving and when parked. WiFi allows file transfer to a compatible phone. The touch screen keeps operation in the mirror position rather than on a separate device.

Event or Professional Use

For drivers who want a record of journeys, the 1080p video mode offers a standard resolution for reviewing road events. The 12 million pixel still image mode provides a higher pixel count for single frames. Motion detection can trigger recording when movement is detected, which is relevant for parked vehicles in public areas. WiFi transfer means footage can be moved to a phone without removing the unit. No cloud storage, GPS logging, or parking monitor mode is stated, so those features are not claimed.

Everyday Home Use

For daily driving, the 9.88 inch touch screen provides a large display area for menu control and live view. The mirror format means it takes the place of the standard rearview mirror rather than adding a second screen to the dashboard. The 34cm x 12cm x 6cm body is the only size given, so it is worth measuring your current mirror before ordering. The touch interface removes the need for physical buttons. No auto-dimming, night vision, or reverse camera input is mentioned in the source text.

Benefits and Buying Value

The practical value comes from combining a rearview mirror, a 9.88 inch touch screen, 1080p recording, 12 million pixel stills, WiFi, and motion detection in one unit. The pack includes one recorder, one charger, and one manual. No price, warranty, or subscription cost is stated, so no savings or running-cost claims are made here.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The unit is designed to be fitted once in place of the existing rearview mirror. Daily use involves the touch screen and, if needed, WiFi transfer of files. The source text gives no cleaning instructions, no lens coating details, and no service interval. Only the stated items are included: one driving recorder, one charger, and one manual. Any memory card needed for recording is not listed, so confirm that separately. No battery life, standby time, or power consumption figure is provided.

Why Choose This Product

Choose this unit if you want a rearview mirror with a 9.88 inch touch screen, 1080p video, 12 million pixel stills, WiFi, and motion detection. The 34cm x 12cm x 6cm dimensions are the only measurements given, and the pack contents are one recorder, one charger, and one manual. There is no stated GPS, night vision, or parking monitor, so it suits buyers who need the listed functions only. The touch screen and mirror format keep the dashboard free of a second display.
